What is the duration of the webinar?
All the webinars are arranged as per your hectic schedule. Generally, the webinar lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, but for some critical topics where an in-depth, detailed explanation is required, it takes 120 minutes to cover the whole session.
What can I opt if the scheduled date/time of the webinar doesn't suit me?
If in any case, you miss attending the live webinar, we have other products to match your requirements. Other than a live webinar, we also have an option for transcripts, DVD, recorded which you can purchase directly from our website.
How long does it take to receive a transcript?
You will receive the transcripts through email within 10 to 12 days after the live webinar. Please ensure to provide the correct email address to obtain the transcripts on the scheduled time.
How long will it take to receive the DVD that I ordered?
You will receive your DVD after 2 to 3 weeks of the live webinar. You can also opt for quick delivery by contacting our customer care on +1-800-524-1032 or dropping a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. For faster delivery, an additional fee of $30 will be charged to make the delivery faster than the scheduled timeline. DVDs are also available outside the USA. However, extra shipping charges may be applicable.
