What is the duration of the webinar?

All the webinars are arranged as per your hectic schedule. Generally, the webinar lasts between 60 to 90 minutes, but for some critical topics where an in-depth, detailed explanation is required, it takes 120 minutes to cover the whole session.

What can I opt if the scheduled date/time of the webinar doesn't suit me?

If in any case, you miss attending the live webinar, we have other products to match your requirements. Other than a live webinar, we also have an option for transcripts, DVD, recorded which you can purchase directly from our website.

How long does it take to receive a transcript?

You will receive the transcripts through email within 10 to 12 days after the live webinar. Please ensure to provide the correct email address to obtain the transcripts on the scheduled time.

How long will it take to receive the DVD that I ordered?

You will receive your DVD after 2 to 3 weeks of the live webinar. You can also opt for quick delivery by contacting our customer care on +1-800-524-1032 or dropping a mail at cs@symposiumgo.com. For faster delivery, an additional fee of $30 will be charged to make the delivery faster than the scheduled timeline. DVDs are also available outside the USA. However, extra shipping charges may be applicable.

What is the registration process for the webinar/workshop?

By your preference, you can choose any of the following methods for registration.

Online Registration: You can register online through the register option from our website available in the webinar section.

Phone: You can call our Customer Care at +1-800-524-1032 and speak to our representatives to register for a webinar. You only require providing your details to register for the preferred webinar.

Fax: You can initiate registration through fax by faxing your details to +1-800-524-1032.

E-mail: You can process your registration request by emailing your details at cs@symposiumgo.com. 

Order Form: You can register by filling an order form which can be downloaded from the webinar section and send it to cs@symposiumgo.com.

What do I require to attend a webinar?

Attending a webinar requires only a good internet connection and an electronic gadget like mobile phone, desktop, laptop, iPad, tablet.

How will I receive the information to participate in the webinar?

The details will be provided to you 48 hours before the webinar in the email for the chosen product's dial-in instructions. It can also be obtained via phone. You will receive a link through which you can enter the video/audio mode.

You can also download link & password for the webinar/workshop handouts & related materials from the webinar page at www.symposiumgo.com.

Kindly view your spam/ junk folder for the webinar related information email which will reach you 48 hrs before the webinar/workshop.

What are the payment modes?

The payment can be processed through any credit card, for example, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and many others. We take payment through PayPal also.

How late can I register for a Webinar/Workshop?

You can also register for a webinar 30 minutes before the scheduled time of the Webinar/Workshop. You can resolve your doubts by connecting with our customer service representative easily to receive the Dial-In instructions to your webinar.
